We are dedicated to guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Rooted in our core belief—"Do It For You!"—we encourage you to prioritize your wellness, both on and off the mat. Whether through calming yoga classes, enriching workshops, tranquil retreats, or mental health-focused offerings, our goal is to help you nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

We offer free classes for women re-entering society after prison and regularly contribute to initiatives that support mental health and well-being. Our commitment to giving back is woven into the fabric of who we are, ensuring that healing extends beyond our studio and touches the lives of those who need it most.

Meet Our Founder: Shelley Cormier

Shelley Cormier is the heart and visionary behind Parati Yoga & Wellness. With certifications in Yoga, Meditation, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Mindfulness, and Children's Yoga, she’s dedicated to creating accessible, soulful spaces for healing and self-care—wherever life takes us.

Her journey is deeply personal. As a mother to two children with complex medical needs, Shelley has walked through grief, burnout, and deep transformation. Her lived experiences with trauma and depression are what brought her to the mat—and what fuel her passion for helping others return to themselves with compassion and care.

What began as a physical studio has now evolved into something more fluid and intentional—pop-up classes, outdoor sessions, retreats, and wellness gatherings that meet people where they are, in every sense.

Shelley’s mission is rooted in holding space for real-life healing. Through mindfulness, movement, and community connection, she invites others to pause, breathe, and begin again—gently, and on their own terms.
