About the event
Class Structure
We begin with a gentle, mindful flow to awaken the body and encourage energy to move freely. This soft yet intentional movement helps to create openness, flexibility, and a sense of renewal.
The second half of the practice transitions into longer-held yin postures, allowing for deep release and introspection. Finally, the class closes with a guided meditation, bringing stillness and clarity to both the body and mind.
